Shipping and Delivery Policy

Bhatco Eventures Pvt Ltd strives to ensure safe and timely delivery of every order. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders in stock and confirmed with payment before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later or after hours are shipped the following business day.
  • Backorders are shipped within 2–3 working days. A backorder refers to a product temporarily unavailable in our inventory, but sourced by us on demand.

Order Cancellation

Once you place and pay for your order, cancellation by the customer is not permitted.

Return or Replacement Policy

  • Bhatco Eventures Pvt Ltd promises retail customers a fair refund or replacement for goods found defective, provided notification is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Customers are not obligated to maintain loyalty with the company; refunds are processed within 7 working days from receipt of goods and confirmation of eligible return (with proof of purchase and the product in resalable condition).

What to Do Upon Delivery

  • Upon receiving your shipment, please open the parcel in the presence of the courier or postal delivery agent. If damage or shortages are detected, record these details on the delivery document along with your name, contact number, and signature.
  • Send us a scanned copy of this delivery record (Proof of Delivery, POD) along with returning the parcel, for immediate redressal.

Shipping Charges

  • Maximum order value for consumers is Rs. 20,000 per transaction.
  • Free shipping applies for orders with a minimum purchase of 2 units at MRP; otherwise, standard rates and actual shipping charges apply.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges apply only where listed and relevant.

Delivery Terms

  • Domestic Transit Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days across India.
  • International Transit Time: International shipments typically take 4 to 22 days, depending on the selected courier. Specific delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed for dispatch within 2 business days upon payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays. Delays during holidays are minimized where possible.

Change of Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address change at any stage prior to dispatch.

P.O. Box Delivery

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will use postal services only; courier service is not offered for these locations.

Military Address Delivery

Shipping to military addresses is available through India Post or applicable postal services only.

Out of Stock Items

If part of your order is out of stock, we will wait until those items become available before shipping your order. Available items are reserved while pending stock arrives.
